Tai Chi is a simple traditional Chinese practice that uses inner strength or “Qi” to feel better. Learn the “form”, which is a continuous sequence of postures practiced in a slow, gentle manner, to improve blood circulation, balance, and your overall health. Instruction is designed for people of all ages and physical abilities. No special clothes or mats are needed. Waiver will be signed before taking part in the class.
